Setup
Browser integration requires Automation permissions and for Accessibility access for enhanced features:
Automation permissions:
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Automation
- Find SupaSidebar in the list
- Enable checkboxes for all browsers you use

First Time Setup: When you first use browser shortcuts, macOS will prompt for permission for each browser. Click OK to grant access.
Grant for All Browsers: Even if you primarily use one browser, enabling all provides flexibility to switch browsers without setup later.
Accessibility Permissions
Why Accessibility Permissions Are Required
Enabling Accessibility permissions allows SupaSidebar to operate smoothly across your system. These permissions are required for:
- Mouse Triggers — Enables gesture-based and mouse-driven shortcuts.
- Automated Browser Actions — Allows SupaSidebar to perform actions in your browser without manual input.
- Live Tabs Access — Required for real-time tab detection and management.
- Firefox & Other Non-Automation Browsers — Necessary for browsers that rely on Accessibility instead of Automation.
Some browsers benefit from Accessibility access for enhanced features:
- Go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility
- Find SupaSidebar in the list
- Enable the checkbox
