Smart Positioning

Automatically moves browser windows that overlap with the sidebar.

How It Works

When the sidebar opens, any browser window overlapping its position slides over. When the sidebar closes, windows return to their original position.

Setup

Open Preferences → General
Set Browser Integration to Smart
Grant Accessibility permissions when prompted

Sidebar isn’t attaching?

If the sidebar opens but doesn’t shift your browser windows, Accessibility is the usual culprit even when the toggle looks correct. See Reset Permissions.

You want automatic window management
You frequently toggle the sidebar on/off
You don’t want to manually arrange windows
